…is there gold at the end of this rainbow?
I’ve been writing now for just about five years and my third book - Thicker than Water is about to be pushed out of the nest.
It’s a family drama and will appeal to woman who like their commercial fiction just a little darker and stronger.
Delilah is probably my favourite character to date. There’s a little bit of the wild child to her and the first part of the story is written from her perspective. She’s sixteen and thinks she has all the answers, but soon finds herself in the hottest of hot-hot water.
Will she sell her soul (and that of her little boy) to survive?
Is blood really thicker than water?
I’ll be pitching to Ruby Ashby-Orr from Affirm Press next week. Will this story be the one?
