Most of us have a burning tale to tell, right?

Well, I’ve always thought so.

So… many years ago I read Katherine Scholes’ STONE ANGEL - a story about a young girl caught up in the untidy situation of being pregnant and unmarried.

That got me thinking that perhaps my story was the tale I might tell.

I set out to spill my story onto the page.

We all know that life happens, and often gets in the way of things. So, fast forward - very fast … and now, three years later- I have a finished book.

SHAMEFUL GIRLS.

Not quite a memoir. To make the story interesting (and not too self-absorbed) I added a few other characters and a whole bunch of different plot twists.

SHAMEFUL GIRLS is a bit of a hybrid - writing about what I know, and making things up.
